FROM FRANCE TO CHILE Born in France, she competed for the European nation at youth level. In 1995 the whole family moved to Chile after her father was named technical director of the Chilean Federation of Fencing. Caterin was first selected for the national team there in 1996. ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES Throughout her career, she has held several positions within governing organisations of sport in Chile.
